We just enjoyed an awesome, low-key, and air-conditioned July 4th, y’all!
I loved the simplicity of this quick dinner featuring roasted shrimp. We found Royal Reds, locally harvest shrimp that are amazingly sweet and HUGE, and served up simple sides of twice-baked potatoes and broccoli salad. A crisp vinho verde finished the meal perfectly.
